Newly renovated 3BR/3BA beach front cottage is in the Pointe West Community, Galveston TX.  Professionally decorated, this home has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Directly located on the beach, this home will be the perfect spot for your family to relax and enjoy their vacation.

When you enter the home, you will be immediately looking at the amazing views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.  The large open floor plan allows for easy family entertainment while enjoying meals, watching TV or playing board games.  The newly renovated kitchen is open to the living and dining area.  There is a large flat screen smart TV with DVD player and Bluetooth speakers.  The dining table will seat 6-8 people with extra seating at the kitchen bar for 3.  The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc.

The primary bedroom is on the second floor and features a king size bed, private bath and balcony.  A large walk-in closet accommodates all your travel gear or even a Pac-n-play if you have a baby along for the trip! A newly renovated primary bath features an all-glass shower, separate full bath, double vanity and enclosed water closet.  On the same second floor level is a bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds.  An ensuite, full bath is newly renovated and decorated in bright coastal colors.  A DVD/TV combo is also in this room for the guests staying in this room to enjoy.   The third bedroom is on the first floor and features a queen bed and closet.  There is a flat screen smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming stations.  The third full size bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom.

The ground floor is perfect for grilling your favorite foods.  There are two large picnic tables to enjoy a meal while listening to the waves in the distance.  Be sure to bring your own charcoal briquets so you will be able to enjoy!  The outdoor shower also makes it easy to clean up after a fun day at the beach.

If the beach isn’t enough, just cruise on down to Pointe West common area where for an extra fee you will find a large infiniti pool, toddler’s pool, hot tub.  An adjoining restaurant and bar make it easy to wind down after a fun day or just stay in your lounger for pool side refreshments.  A game room and fitness center are located here as well for your enjoyment.  The heated Sunset Pool is a little further down the road in the community and features a small lazy river, fire pit grills and amazing sunsets.

WRISTBAND POLICY
The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.

THE SUNSET POOL ON THE BAYSIDE OF POINTE WEST IS HEATED FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT YEAR-ROUND. THE BEACH CLUB POOL IS NOT HEATED AS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP AN INFINITY POOL WARM. BOTH POOLS HAVE LARGE HOT TUBS FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.
