With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home can accommodate up to eight guests. The living area features comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and windows that allow pleasant views of the surroundings. This section of the condo also has a gorgeous full kitchen, as well as a separate bonus room with a sofa and another TV where the kids can watch their cartoons or bring a video game system to play. This condo has WiFi access, as well as a laundry room for your convenience.

You will have three bedrooms to choose from, including a master with a king-size bed and attached bathroom with a jetted bathtub, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third room with a twin-size bed on bunk bed top, full size bottom bed with full-size trundle bed.  If needed there is a full-size futon bed in the bonus room. Each of these bedrooms contains a flatscreen TV, so you could set up the kids with a Disney movie before bed or watch a late-night talk show before drifting off. Outside, you will find a private balcony where you will love to spend time. Gaze out at the Gulf of Mexico, breathe in the fresh air, and relax!

WRISTBAND POLICY
The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.

THE SUNSET POOL ON THE BAYSIDE OF POINTE WEST IS HEATED FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT YEAR-ROUND. THE BEACH CLUB POOL IS NOT HEATED AS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP AN INFINITY POOL WARM. BOTH POOLS HAVE LARGE HOT TUBS FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.
